1. General Information

AnonyPeek provides a browser-based tool that attempts to locate and display Instagram Stories and related information that are publicly available through supported sources. The Service is provided for general informational and lawful viewing purposes only.

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, privacy, cybersecurity, investigative, employment, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating your intended use and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

2. No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

AnonyPeek is an independent service operated through anonypeek.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any Instagram account owner.

Instagram and related names, logos, products and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References are used only to describe compatibility, subject matter or the source of third-party public content.

3. Public Content Only

AnonyPeek is not designed to unlock private accounts, bypass follower approval, defeat access controls, retrieve private messages, obtain credentials or recover deleted or restricted material. Only content that is publicly accessible through supported sources may be displayed.

A public profile may still contain information that is personal, sensitive, copyrighted or subject to other legal rights. Public visibility does not authorize harassment, surveillance, profiling, republication, commercial exploitation or any other unlawful or harmful use.

4. No Guarantee of Anonymity

AnonyPeek does not require you to sign in with a personal Instagram account and does not ask for your Instagram password. This means your personal Instagram account is not used by the Service as the viewing account.

However, “anonymous” does not mean invisible in every technical, network, contractual or legal sense. Websites, hosting providers, security services, internet providers, device software, third-party platforms or lawful authorities may process technical information. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will be undetectable, untraceable or free from logs.

5. Accuracy, Completeness and Availability

Third-party content can change without notice. Stories may expire, be deleted, be edited, become private, be regionally restricted or be unavailable because of technical limits, platform changes, account settings, legal requests or service-provider issues.

AnonyPeek does not warrant that content, usernames, timestamps, captions, profile details, media or other results are complete, accurate, authentic, current or available. Results should not be relied on as the sole basis for legal claims, identity verification, journalism, safety decisions, employment decisions or other consequential action.

6. Third-Party Content and Rights

AnonyPeek does not own third-party Instagram Stories, profiles, photos, videos, audio, music, captions, names, logos or other material. Rights remain with the applicable creators, account owners, licensors and other rights holders.

You are responsible for obtaining authorization before downloading, copying, publishing, distributing, editing, selling, licensing or otherwise using third-party content. Fair use and other exceptions are fact-specific and should not be assumed.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you view or use. You must comply with applicable law, contractual obligations, intellectual-property rights, privacy and publicity rights, and the AnonyPeek Terms of Use.

Do not use the Service for stalking, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, doxxing, invasive data collection, account compromise or high-impact decisions about another person.

8. External Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party websites, infrastructure, content or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, policies or practices. Access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Security Notice

Never enter an Instagram password, authentication code, backup code, session cookie or other account credential into AnonyPeek. If a page claiming to be AnonyPeek asks for such credentials, stop and verify that you are using the official domain, anonypeek.com.

No website or online transmission is completely secure. Use current software, protect your device and avoid submitting sensitive information.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AnonyPeek disclaims responsibility for losses or harm arising from reliance on results, unavailable or inaccurate content, third-party conduct, misuse of content, infringement claims, device or network issues, or unauthorized use of the Service.
