1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of anonypeek.com and the AnonyPeek website, tools, pages and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by AnonyPeek through anonypeek.com (“AnonyPeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If the law where you live sets a higher age of majority, you must satisfy that requirement. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Description of the Service

AnonyPeek is a browser-based, read-only tool that attempts to locate and display Instagram Stories and related information that are publicly available through supported sources at the time of a search. You may be able to search by a public Instagram username or profile URL without signing in with a personal Instagram account.

The Service does not promise that any profile, Story, media item, metadata or feature will be available. Content may expire, be removed, become private, be regionally restricted or become inaccessible because of technical or platform changes.

4. Public Content and Access Limitations

The Service is intended only for content that is publicly accessible through supported sources. You may not use or attempt to use the Service to access private accounts, bypass follower approval, defeat access controls, obtain passwords or authentication information, reveal private communications, or recover deleted or restricted content.

AnonyPeek does not grant you any right to access content that you are not otherwise authorized to view.

5. No Instagram Affiliation

AnonyPeek is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any Instagram account owner. Instagram and related names, logos, products and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, AnonyPeek grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code from, create derivative works of, or exploit the Service or its software, design, databases, branding or original content.

7. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your conduct and for determining whether your use is lawful. You agree to use the Service proportionately, respectfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual duty or third-party right.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, exploit or invade the privacy of any person.
• Collect, compile, infer or disclose sensitive personal information for unlawful, deceptive, invasive or harmful purposes.
• Access or attempt to access private profiles, private Stories, direct messages, login credentials, session tokens, authentication codes or non-public systems.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, technical restrictions, robots directives or access-control measures.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, automated queries, bulk-download tools or similar methods except where we expressly authorize them in writing.
• Overload, disrupt, damage, disable or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or another user’s access.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, unauthorized advertisements or deceptive redirects.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority or purpose.
• Copy, download, publish, sell, license, train models on or commercially exploit third-party content without the rights or lawful basis to do so.
• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, facial recognition, employment screening, housing decisions, credit decisions, insurance decisions or other high-impact decisions about a person.
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices, attribution or rights-management information.
• Use the Service in a way that could create liability for AnonyPeek or cause us to lose services from a provider.

9. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

Profiles, Stories, photos, videos, audio, music, captions, usernames, logos and other third-party materials displayed or referenced through the Service are owned or controlled by their respective rights holders. Public availability does not place content in the public domain and does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, perform, display, sell or commercially exploit it.

You are solely responsible for obtaining permissions required for your use of third-party content. AnonyPeek does not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for third-party content, statements, products or conduct.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to admin@anonypeek.com. Include identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

AnonyPeek may remove or disable access to material in appropriate circumstances and may restrict repeat infringers where applicable. Submitting a knowingly false notice may create legal liability. This contact channel does not represent a claim that a designated DMCA agent registration exists.

11. Feedback and Communications

If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions about the Service, you grant AnonyPeek a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation. This clause does not transfer ownership of third-party content identified in a report.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the Service. Do not submit Instagram passwords, authentication codes, private messages or sensitive personal information through search or support fields.

13. Service Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may modify, limit, suspend, discontinue or remove any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including to address security, legal, technical, provider or business concerns. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or use created risk or potential harm.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, third-party rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing-law and dispute provisions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. ANONYPEEK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ANONYMOUS IN EVERY TECHNICAL OR LEGAL SENSE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE; THAT RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT OR ACCURATE; OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PUBLIC CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANONYPEEK AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OR OPPORTUNITY; CONTENT-RELATED CLAIMS; PRIVACY OR REPUTATIONAL HARM; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ANONYPEEK FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ANONYPEEK FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AnonyPeek and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and disputes relating to them or the Service are governed by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. A dispute must be brought before a court or tribunal that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service.

19. General Provisions

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and AnonyPeek regarding the Service. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transaction or by operation of law.
